Adding a link to WordPress posts and pages

Adding a link to WordPress Text Widgets
If you don’t know then you can add a link to WordPress using the Text Widgets. The text widgets simply allow you to add text and basic HTML on it.
If you have noticed or not, WordPress comes up with visual and text editor. Once you completed the above method, Go to a Text editor. You can see the HTML code of that link. Copy the HTML link and Go to Appearance >> Widgets. You can see varieties of widgets option.
Select the Text Widget and drag it within your desired sidebar. Now, you can paste the HTML Link on it.
Once you’re done, click the Save button.
Adding a link to WordPress Gutenberg Editor
